Rules
- As guests on our property for this event, a signed liability waiver is required for all persons. Parents/Guardians must sign a waiver for minor children. All waivers will be signed in person upon arrival to the property and can be viewed by using the links below.
- Parents/Guardians must supervise and are responsible for all children in their group at all times.
- Pets are allowed but must be leashed and under your control at all times. Pet owners must provide their own waste bags and dispose properly. Any pet displaying aggressive behavior toward people or other animals may be asked to leave the property. All guests must sign a pet liability waiver for their pet. All waivers will be signed in person upon arrival to the property and can be viewed by using the links below.
- Reservations are for 4 nights beginning at 12:00 noon Friday, April 5 and ending at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, April 9. Early arrival at 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 4 is $30. Each site allows a limited number of people (see reservations for specifics).
- NO REFUNDS for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS. This phenomenal astronomical event will occur regardless of weather conditions. Travel insurance is recommended.
- Camping sites for tents and RVs are primitive sites. No power, water, or sewer services will be provided at the campsites.
- ALL belongings, including a vehicle, must fit within your allotted camp space.
- Campfires are permitted unless there is a burn ban. OUTSIDE firewood is NOT allowed. Please do not cut or pick up wood, limbs, logs from our property. Firewood and starting blocks are available onsite. Fires must be extinguished each night.
- Golf carts, ATVs, SXS, Scooters are allowed but must be registered upon arrival, fit within your allotted camp area and only operated by a licensed adult in a safe manner. These vehicles are intended for transportation around the property only and not for recreation, trail, or high speed use. The registration fee is $10.
- Trash cans will be provided throughout the area. Trash will be picked up each day when bag(s) are placed in front of your campsite. Please do not leave trash out at night. Animals will visit, help themselves and make a mess.
- For everyone’s safety, please do not bring glass beverage containers.
- Please respect each other while on our property. Campsites are private. Do not walk through another campsite. Quiet time begins at 10:00pm. Loud generators must be turned off at 10:00pm.
- No one is allowed to display or discharge a firearm or other weapon. No physical or verbal confrontations or threats will be tolerated.
- Any guest who violates rules will be asked to leave immediately.
